Peel the pineapple: trim off the top and base of the fruit, then place it vertically and cut away the skin, from top to bottom. Then cut off the flesh, so that only the hard core remains (discard the skin and core).
Peel the banana, juice the lime.
Add all the ingredients into a food processor or blender container, blend until smooth. If all the ingredients won't fit in your blender container, add the pineapple first, pulse until smooth (it will reduce its volume), then add the banana and lime juice.
